Archiving lifecycle consists of 4 key phases with one pre-requisite phase. The Pre-Req phase is required to identify a target application or applications and match the requirement with an appropriate archive tool. Phase 1 – 4 specifically takes an individual application through the online archiving process for whichever application / vendor is selected.
Objective:

Phase 2: Build, Test & Approve

- Test Seeded Archive Entities – Gap analysis, archive candidate exception review

Phase 3: Deploy
