Phase 2: Build, Test, & Approve

  • Objective:
    - Approved Retention Agreements
    - Build Custom Purge Processes
    - Test Custom Purge Processes
  • Key Deliverables:
    - Purge Processes fully built and tested
    - Approved Retention Agreements

Phase 3: Deploy

  • Objective:
    - Production Code Deploy
    - Run Purge processes to approved data retention levels
    - Purge Run Book
  • Key Deliverables:
    - Data is purged
    - Training Guide (Purge Process/ Run Book)

Phase 4: Monitor Progress & Report

  • Objective:
    - Capture actual size reduction and calculate ROI actual
  • Key Deliverables:
    - ROI Actual
